I just put gel on it and brushed it. It looks sorta cute in the picture but I didn't like how it looked in "real" life.

Well, I graduate on Saturday!!! I shall wear my hair in the above style. I'm going to work it out with my cap! I'm so excited!!

Well, I don't have any physical proof that these days exist because my external hard drive crashed and all the pictures that I took during that period was on there. Yes, an external hard drive can crash. My whole academic career was on there. All my photos...everything.

*sigh*

I did manage to recover my final exam. I even had to steal my website file from my website!

WHEW! It's ova! Sugar, M.A.!!

There are also more pictures (I'm not going to post them) of me with random white folk singing. Er' body and they mama wanted me to sing with them. lol

I will not even comment on how Tasha and I tired to leave during the tail end of the ceremony but was told to sit the hell down! lol

I had just left the hospital. My friends Nov and Phatz had a baby boy Akir and I had just got back home. He was born a little early so he has to stay in the hospital for a little while.

Le Afro Puff is Growing!

This is my ponytail (as opposed to someone else's??)! It growing I tell ya! I had thought about locing my hair but I have changed my mind. I had even started locs (lost thos photos) again but I took them down. I was/am not mentally prepared for the whole locing process.

I, however, realize that I do not like doing my hair. I want to cut it off but I'm going to keep it for a while...maybe. :)

I also have a pair (actually two pairs) of new glasses. Apparently I couldn't see worth a damn! If you ask me, I think it's a conspiracy.

Yo, I'm am tired as hell. I am running on like 2 hours of sleep. I have to be on campus at around 8ish. It is about 6 in the morning. I have to get myself and the boys ready. I'm so excited! And I got my cap on! If I ever get married again I'll wear a fro! lol

All smiles. I'm glad it's over. I am going home and going to sleep. I was supposed to have a cook out situation but I am about to fall out. So off to sleep it is.

This is my friend Rachel and I. Although I have known her for years, as of late I would only see her once maybe twice a year, *hangs head in shame*

10 May 08!!

I graduate today! Man, I can't even begin to tell you how rough a road this has been...but I made it and for that I am thankful. For anyone wishing to further their education you can do it! Many thanks for everyone who has supported me through my two years of grad school. There are so many people that I want to thank.

Hmm, The Most High, thank you. My boys for they have been little troopers like you would not believe. My mama and my sisters. They are the greatest!! Rasheed, man... I loves me some you. I have known this brotha for some years, it's amazing how people are right on time. He was/is on time. Thank you for holding a sista down. Everyone needs a friend like him in their life. Thank God for you. Derrick, thank you brotha I am forever grateful for your kindness. I love you. Abbie, my gud-bes-friend, thank you sista/man (inside joke). I love you always and forever.
